JOB PURPOSE
Provide functional support around Supply Chain domain in Oracle Distribution
- Make sure that the applications in charge enable the users and organizations to use them efficiently
- To provide assistance to users if needed and to make sure that they are correctly trained .To implement changes in the system to make them aligned with requirements, by taking into account the constraints linked to the cost, the risks and feasibility
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To provide functional support for our ERP Supply Chain applications (Oracle eBusiness Suite)
- Assist users in case of question
- Manage functional requests
- Train users to keep the right level of skill
To organize audits of use of systems
- Detect and collect issues
- Implement action plan and coordinate actions
– To manage enhancements in accordance with the procedures which apply in the department
- Collect enhancements from users
- Challenge the user requirements
- Define priorities
- Write functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical team
- Test and train the users
- Regularly communicate to the users the status of the enhancement
Report activity to the management
Collaborate with functional support in other zones to share information
Optionally, may manage some projects

Functional competencies
– Business processes: Supply chain
Technical competencies
– Basics of Oracle SQL
– Strong Oracle eBusiness Suite Modules: OM, INV (OM is a must but others module are a plus)

Desirable/Preferable
Bachelor or Master Degree in related field – IT, Computer Science, MIS, MBA
